COVID UPDATE: Tuesday, March 2, Active Washakie County Cases: 3, State Cases: 336

As of Tuesday, March 2, the number of laboratory-confirmed coronavirus cases seen since the disease was first diagnosed in the state in mid-March stood at 46,190, an increase of 43 cases over yesterday’s 46,147. There was also an additional 8,337 probable cases.

The number of active coronavirus cases in the state was 336 down 47 from yesterday.

Washakie County had 1 case reported today making the total 694 cases. Active cases in the county are at 3, not changing from yesterday.

As of Tuesday, there are no COVID-19 patients hospitalized at Washakie Medical Center. According to the WDH there are no COVID patients at Powell Valley Healthcare, none at Cody Regional, no patients in Hot Springs, none at South Big Horn County Hospital and 1 at North Big Horn Hospital.
