Modified Public Health Orders Forbidding Gatherings of Ten or More Effective May 1

Governor Mark Gordon announced on April 28, 2020 that the public health order forbidding gatherings of ten (10) or more people will be extended through May 15, 2020.

Requirements for this order includes:

•Gatherings of ten (10) people or more are prohibited.

•Gatherings are defined as planned or spontaneous events, private or public, that could likely bring ten (10) or more people to a single confined space, indoors or outdoors.

•Exempt from this order are hotels, motels, livestock auctions, worker transportation, government, relief facilities, group residential buildings, grocery, markets, convenience, pharmacies, truck stops, gas stations, auto-repair facilities, retail with social distancing availability, health care facilities, treatment facilities, and care facilities.
